Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. Pre-order items will be shipped within 7-15 business days.
We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48-72 hours to update on the carrier's tracking website. Most packages take 7-15 days to arrive from the shipping date.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on your location. Shipping typically takes 7-15 business days from the shipping date to reach the final destination.
How can I track my order or shipping information?
Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order. To track your order, follow these steps:
- Go to Help & Info - Track Order.
- Enter your tracking number.
- Click Track.

What should I do if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
You can take the following steps, ideally within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered:
- Confirm your delivery address.
- Check your mailbox and other entry points around your home.
- Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Look for any delivery attempt notices around your home.
- Contact the carrier and provide your tracking number to start a claim.
- Sometimes, carriers may notify you about delivery before it actually arrives, so we recommend waiting 24 hours.
If you still haven't received your package after 24 hours or more from the delivery notice, please contact our customer service with your claim number for further assistance. If the package is confirmed to be "lost," we will take responsibility for reshipping or refunding according to your preference.
All missing item inquiries should be reported within 7 days of delivery, as inquiries made outside this time frame may be affected by uncertainty factors.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Once we receive your message, we will process it as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Due to fast order processing, changing your shipping address after placing an order can be tricky. However, if you contact us via email at contact labububoxshop@gmail.com with the correct address, we will make the necessary correction immediately.
If the carrier does not allow address changes, please try to receive your order at the original shipping address or directly contact the carrier for assistance. If the address is invalid, the package may be destroyed or returned to the sender.

How can I return an item for a refund?
Please understand that we only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
