Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time = Processing Time (3-5 days) + Shipping Time (10-15 days)

Our estimated delivery time is based on multiple factors, including the destination address and the time required to assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

Shipping Fees

Currently, we primarily ship to the U.S. and offer free shipping. However, for certain remote areas such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, an additional $45 shipping fee will be applied.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we use expedited air shipping for all orders.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (some customers may not receive this email if they haven't provided an email address) containing your tracking details. Please note that tracking updates may take 48-72 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Once the package arrives in the destination country, any applicable import duties and taxes will be charged to the recipient. Unfortunately, due to varying customs policies, we cannot control these fees. If you have any questions regarding customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
